Does anybody have an audit form that is designed for Printed Circuit Bosrd houses?

Internal Auditing, when I go to a PCB vendor an audit form that describes their processes.

sounds you need an entire processes checklist, it will cover several different process such as drilling, plating and etching process....

Look at this in the attachment files. It is a general one which refers to an old revision to the IPC-A-610 standard, but you should be able update it. It's general and may be what you need.
