Should the feasibility (7.2.2.2) be done in the APQP phase or it should be done in the phase of the project negotiation with the customer.
Please tell me your experience in this area and what do you think is the best for an organization.

Feasibility is part of the APQP process. See the AIAG APQP manual, 2nd edition, section 2.13 (page 22). For that matter, though, "project negotiation" is also part of the APQP process, as it's intertwined with feasibility.

I think you should do feasibility first. With your feasibility status you can do negotiation with your customer.
