Would anyone have a TS 16949 contingency plan that I could take a look at?
Need to get started on one for a mfg site.

Hi,
we're a sales and distribution site and ours is so poor that I'd rather not share it.
The gist is covering all areas and potential scenarios:
supplies
production
warehouse / storage
dispatch / transport to customer
customer communication
IT systems
facilities

I'd advise getting the area / process owners on board and asking them to provide the plan(s) for their specific area.
