One Pager on Applications used in a Laboratory

IF we have to provide one pager on the application used in the laboratory., what will be represented/covered. (viz., for auditor)

I was thinking in following lines.
from operations - specific activities/operations where ER - ES are utilized;
from QMS - qualification - SOP - maintenance activities.

Such a short description could be relevant at ...
a. a short description to be added in the QMS viz., q.manual
b. recently, auditors started to gather more details as part of audit-report; and above doc is for such an possible query as part of gathering reference / evidences! ( obviously, SOP, URS or any such qms is an overkill / too much detail..)
