Transition Matrix for ISO 9001:2015

I have been helping some companies with their transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 and ended up producing the attached matrix, I hope it may help some of you.

I am pleased that the document is useful to you, I seem to do one every time the standard changes, it actually helps me to understand the clauses better because I have to provide a solution.

I have just had a successful stage 1 audit for a company (for whom I am the consultant) who have just finished their implementation of a system for 9001, 14001 & 18011 so that was good learning too.

For what it is worth, the auditor was excellent and he did find some 'bits' that needed fixing - which have been done already.
