APQP Training Classes in the Los Angeles, California area

Hi guys,

I am glad I found this forum.
I just have some questions about the APQP training courses in California.
It seems that all training courses are located outside California unless we bring the trainer here at our facility.

Does any of you, by any chance, know of a consulting service that can provide APQP training course at affordable price in California (Los Angeles area)?

We want to attend APQP training class first, then we will take the APQP certification exam from AIAG.
AIAG offers the class at $250 and $350 for members and non-members, respectively.

Please kindly let me know if you have some input.

Is it better to go to AIAG for APQP training class or have the class from an independent training firm? How is the AIAG teaching method?

I believe that it's good to learn directly from AIAG since they also issue the examination certificate.

Can you or anyone give me some advice on that?

To be honest, I didn't know the AIAG had an APQP Certification program.

Yes, they do.
But they said it's not a requirement but it'd be better if you have some credentials.

You can go to AIAG website.
Go to Certification tab, then go to Core Tool Certification Exam
