AS9101 is a copyrighted checklist available from www.sae.org.

The registration audit for AS9100 is scored. There is no requirement to score the internal audit for AS9100. You can follow the scoring system in AS9101C or create your own.

Thanks for the reply. I know that I shall get it from AS 9101 C also. But if you have a check list as a model and what are the criteria for categorization of the audit findings then it would be more useful.
