Looking for Work Instruction guide Template for a Machine Shop / Assembly Area

I have been updating our current work instruction guides (for a machine shop / assembly area) and I'm not happy with our blank template- I was wondering if anyone out there might have one they are happy with and would be willing to share?

What does your blank template look like? Would you attach a copy that we can edit? Maybe some Covers can suggest changes....
