Did you manage to resolve the issue? We have encountered exactly the same issue now with electronic signatures on our NB audit report. In addition, our NB calls it "Assessment Report" which SFDA says is not the same as "Audit Report".
Hi Insyzor, we did resolve it. Eventually the auditor in question "signed" the report. This took the form of an overlayed text box of his name in a font that looked like cursive on the front page (e.g. the windows font "Bradley Hand"). We thought it would never go through but sent it on the off chance and it was accepted. It seems the objection was more to make an objection rather than of any real substance.
As for your other issue, I would suggest asking your notified body for a letter stating equivalence between "Audit Report" and "Assessment Report" or failing that if they could just change the title.
