Download this set of Product Specifications (ppt files) from API at: API Spec 5L, 44th Edition. The file is too big to be uploaded as an attachment.

Slide #25 is a table on the differences between PSL1 and PSL 2. PSL stands for Product Specification Level.

But attachment is for API5L instead of API5CT. Not sure if the difference will be the same for both standards. Please advise.

API 5CT/5L and PSL1/2 are specs that are independent of each other so the specs for PSL1/2 is the same for 5CT (casing/tubing) or 5L (line pipe).

From API-5CT. The requirements for PSL-1 are the basis of this international standard (API-5CT) See Annex H (API 5CT) for PSL-2 and 3.
