Hello Guys

I am writing a procedure for "extending the life expectancy of electrical components" like smd or tht components packed in tapes, following a solderability test. any one has a clue about the AQL level, and sampling size i should consider for the solderability test?
for example if I have a lot of 10 tapes, then should I test 5 components from 2 tapes each or maybe 2 components in 3 tapes (for each one)?

hope I was clear enough, Help please :) :bonk::bigwave:

What is the criticality of the feature? What is your acceptable LQ level? Hard to say without knowing the risk of making the Type I and Type II error.
