Is there any documentation stating an Implementation date requirement for AS9102C? We recently received a finding from an auditor because we were still using AS9102B forms in October 2023 after Rev C of the standard was published in June 2023. Auditor claims we were using an OBSOLETE document for our FAIRs. As an organization we officially cut over to Rev C in January of 2024.

I wonder what was the customer requirement (AS9102 FAIR or just 'FAIR'?)? If just FAIR, then....
AS9102B said that their forms were not required, organizations could make their own document. Does your organization maintain your own forms? If the customer said 'give us a FAIR' and you have your own forms (modeled after AS9102B), then I would consider appealing the finding.
I would bet a nickel the auditor has written that exact finding before.
