Our first response to the outlier (JULY A) was to perform a clean and perform sampling again (July B).
The second outlier, the cleaning logs were checked and it was the same issue in both cases. we have now resolved the cleaning issue.
Yes, I have had issues all around, including the supplier of our mops not rotating our sanitizing agents correctly!
