where is it specified in IATF that we need to have a control plan for inbound outbound, warehouse,... i mean logistic activities ?

It i not required by IATF (unless you have a customer requirement or customer specific requirement).

It is a good idea to verify identification and that there was no shipping damage on incoming material and to verify identification and bar code readability on outgoing material.

Your control plan should mirror your FMEAs which may include things like receiving, picking, and other "non-production" activities.
