Corporate HQ handles AR/AP - Outsourced or Out-of-scope?

We were a standalone company which was purchased. We now are a separate site for the owning company, still maintaining our own 9001 cert.

Corporate HQ has taken over AR & AP responsibilities (including credit decisions, dunning, credit holds, etc.) from our site.

From a 9001 perspective, do we consider this as having AR & AP as outsourced services, or since we are no longer responsible for these activities, should these be considered no longer within our scope?

I think it is the latter, as the activities, responsibilities, authority and -perhaps most importantly - the associated risks, are removed from our site in the current situation.

If you mean Accounts Receivables & Payables, I see no relevant requirements in 9001. I have in the past stated that billing should be deemed for consideration in 9001, but at this time, it is out of the scope of the standard.
