While Ive read the relevant sections listed, it does not offer much help in regards to the project plan. Im looking for a detailed project plan in mpp or xls format which would highlight each phase activities with the timelines for implementing AS9100 in a small startup organization ...thanx

I will be very difficult for one organization to provide a timeline to another organization due to the fact that no two organizations are the same and no organizations have the same documents, procedures, processes and management.

Let us know if you are going for ISO or AS certification and if you are - do a gap analysis. Once this is done determine how much time / resources / manpower and management commitment you would need to meet requirements. Thus, a timeline is created by you based on your needs and requirements.
