I’ve signed up for the Forum, but, unfortunately, when I go to the Resources section, all the items show as “Download Not Available.” I’m not sure whether there’s an additional step required to gain permission to download them.. But I suppose that this is something outside your control.

Based on the timing, I wonder whether the fix implemented for the avatar issue had an unintended consequence.

You must register at the quality forum online first. Then I think you have to wait a day for the registration to be approved.
I have attached them here for easier download
