Does anybody have an audit check list for ISO/IEC 17025 to replace ISO/IEC Guide 25

Oh Ken, Form 48 one of my biggest nightmares!!!! I hate filling that thing out, after our accreditation we changed to ISO 9001:2000 so I had to do it all over again for our 1st surveillance.

That's the only time we see it, the internal audits for 9k2k & 14001 cover all areas with stuff like Uncertainty and ILC etc. added.

I know that everyone is trying to help, but it is a violation of copyright law to provide send a copy ISO 17025 (or any copyrighted document). Accreditation bodies must pay for use of the documented checklist to distribute to their assessors. If you notice, the checklist posted by A2LA on the website does not include the text of the document.

(pssst.... just email them the file. don't post your lawbreaking on the blog.)

You have a good point.....

Just a side note, the other accrediting bodies in the U.S. do the same thing.....

for the benefit of others reading this, I always recommend talking to all the accrediting bodies (for U.S. based organizations).....not just one.
