Draft of New UK Regulations?

When the MHRA published their guidance on 1st September (Regulating medical devices in the UK from 1st January 2021), they said that a draft of any new UK regulations would be available by the end of Autumn 2020 to go out for consultation. The Autumn has come and gone with no draft consultative new Regulation but do appreciate why this may have been delayed.
This commitment has since been removed from their guidance and I've not seen any communication on this. Has anyone seen any updates or heard any whispers as to when this draft new UK regulation will likely go out for consultation?

I can't post any links yet but the Bill has been given Royal Assent as per dgrainger's post on Feb 12.
