I am starting to work for a new organization the manufactures OEM Hydraulic Cylinders. The company is now getting inquires for PFMEA and DFMEA data on there products. Does anyone have an example of a PFMEA or DFMEA written for such a product? I'm trying to get a jump on the issue but have nt worked in the hydraulic industry in years.
