I have to submit PPAP to Ford for a supplier change.
- PPAP is for a supplier change for a cam.
- What Phases of PPAP would I submitt first?

Submit a level 3 PPAP or See Ford's Phased PPAP for instructions on PPAP and PSW submission requirements, available through the Ford Supplier Portal but if you do not have access then I would stick to a level 3, hope this helps.

Well levels are different than the Ford phases. For example Ford phase 1 is the run-at -rate, phase 2 is the quality verification and phase three is the capacity verification.
I think qualitymgr2011 was referring to a standard Level 3 PPAP. In any event, you should contact the customer to find out what's expected. That's the only way you can be sure of what to do.
