here's some options to test your actual speedNeil said:I have ADSL Bell Sympatico here in Canada with 1.5M bandwidth speed and no upload/download bandwidth usage restrictions, cost equivalent to $32/month and I can't remember the last time service was interrupted. Cable here is slightly more expensive with 2M bandwidth speed (some areas have usage restrictions) but service is notoriously unreliable (down 1 or 2 times a month and used to be even worse). How does that compare elsewhere in the world?
