How to Calibrate and Verify Torque Multiplier Gages

Does anyone know about checking torque multipliers...???
There are only input and output....
We give input torque 10 and output must be torque 100...if the ratio 1 : 10...
So...what should i do....calibration or measure the actual ratio??

That did not answer the question. We use a torque cell on the input and another on the output and determine an average power ratio for the multiplier.

Uncertainty budgeting is beyond my pay grade. I am sure you must account for both torque cells as standards used. Someone else here could assist you in uncertainty calculations.
As far as a reference, I do not have one. I am just telling you how we do it here by our procedure. Everything is traceable and it works well for us. It was done this way before I was hired here.
