IEC 60825-1 Class 3R Laser Off-The-Shelf or Custom Label Needed

I need to locate either an off-the-shelf label or a custom label for a IEC 60825-1 Class 3R laser device. The label must be all yellow and contain the laser symbol and some warnings. Can anyone recommend a good labeling website where I can find such an item. So far I haven't seen exactly what I need.

When we put our "Wear your safety glasses" stickers on our machines we used mysafetylabels.com. So far they have stuck to everything and stayed there.
