Job Traveler or Work Order example template needed

Thanks so much for your explanation! I understand that the main decision about the documenting of the processes accepts the organization, but I've thought that decision might be in conformance with requirements of the industry standards, that's why I've been asking questions about that.

I know of no industry standards that dictate what is to be included on a job traveler/work order/router.
