Late Certificates? When is it worth an AB complaint?

If a CB doesn’t have someone who is accountable to properly communicate with their clients, they are pathetic. The easiest way to have this solved is to use the following magic capitalized words in an email to their management team:

IF I DON’T HAVE THIS RESOLVED BY 5 PM ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5TH, I WILL NAME THE CB OUT AT THE COVE.

Yep, do what he says, which is basically "Poop or get off the pot!" (There's another word for "Poop") :poop:
