To bring it back on topic, I am still trying to collect REACH documentation for this latest addition of one chemical. The number of hours I have spent on this is amazing and it's basically for one of my customers (59 part numbers). Other requests will surely come in (potentially hundreds of part numbers cumulatively). We're too small to have a dedicated compliance person, so this is just one of my many hats.

Is anyone else seeing their customer requests for compliance documents coming from Assent? What are your thoughts on using the Assent system?
