Recording CMM dimensional results on CFG-1003

Afternoon All,

I have a customer that would like CMM results placed in CFG-1003. These results include X/Y/Z and true positions. What is the easiest way of doing this without having conversion software? A sample of this type of report would be great if available.

What CMM software are you using? Are you using something Mini Tab for your Cap Study? Most CMM Software can be exported to an Excel file. Than copy and past the information, in cases that I have been involved with.

This may not work for your particular situation and is how we have done it, and it may not work for you.

Our CMM measurements are done by a third party. pcdmis is used.

Chat with your third party measure-r...and ask them to provide the data you need in .csv or in .xlsx. It is a fairly simple conversion...
