The UK Government reconfirmed this intention on 24th January, Using the UKCA marking
The draft legislation hasn't been published yet, so nothing has legally changed to extend the deadline beyond the end of 2024, but it is quite possible that your UKCA marking work may have been in vain

Yes, I thought as much. Thank you for the link to good info.

As we already have it we will just sit tight and see what happens to the legislation, but I have to admit that PPPPPP comes to mind. Brexit just keeps on giving, doesn't it? :unsure:

It could not be in vain - CE marking for medical devices is still not "indefinitely extended", only up to 2030 for now. See Charlie's link above, last section of "UKCA labelling easement". Other sectors are better off, I think.
