That explains it, and to cover yourself from an audit standpoint, I would:
- List reloading as a reaction in your control plan, and:
- Document the process for clearing and reloading rejects.
But still you should fix the process, because given enough repetitions, there will be a mishandled reject (i.e. reloaded downstream of the O-ring insertion station).
