Where I can find a list of (Notified Chemical) substances?

I have 2 materials and I don't know if the substances is good or no.
Where I can found information about the substances?
I not chemical but I have in a pen titanium dioxide and ethyl alcohol denatured.

are "ok"?
What product is this (a pen?) ?
By "ok" do you mean in compliance with ROHS directive?

This list has no source, origin, author, standard (IMDS, GADSL, RoHS) and no version control.

Only use information from trusted websites. Lists can change.
