Oddly enoughsarcasm: there), I've found that those who work in the "making stuff" and "Making stuff work" fileds tend to be of a certain type that will not accept inferiority in anything.
This "type" also tends to succeed in other areas of life, and tend to get paid above average.
What this thread is about is that those who can afford the ingredients, and only tolerate the best results, tend also to have some of the best recipes for their discerning palates.
