Zeiss, Calypso Software Version 3.8.10

Our company recently purchased a used Zeiss Eclipse 550 CMM that came with Calypso ver. 3.8.10 software. I've just started using it and have noticed what I believe to be a possible program bug. Sometimes when I do an alignment the datum features don't always update to X0, Y0 and Z0, showing that the machine is not absolutely aligned with the part. When this occurs, if I go back to the alignment page and "UnClick" and then Re-Click the basic datum features shown, then the alignment seems to re-set to 0,0,0 as it should. It seems that the software is not automatically updating. When this happens, if I simply do the un-click and re-click thing then it manually updates. But this doesn't seem to happen every time. Does anybody know if there was a software patch or program update for this issue that I need to get? And if so, where is the best place to acquire it? I do appreciate any help on this.
