How can u define / tell one from another these 2 aspects of service design: design of the service and design of how the service will be delivered to customer?
(according to "ISO Auditing Practices Group Guidance on Auditing Service Organizations" - 5 june 2009).
Isn't the delivery implied / included in service design automatically? Can a service be designed without delivery (after all, delivery is the purpose, isn't it)?
