I have been trying to output from Calypso to Excel (2013) but for some reason the data won't show up in the Excel template. I've looked and followed some of the directions on the forum here to output Excel but it's still giving me the same problem.
Just so there's no mistake here's what I do.
Resources/Define printout/Default printout-Warning Limit/Select Excel report: C:\program Files....Characteristics.xlt
Check Excel printout on Run screen, program runs, Excel Characteristics template opens. But the template is empty. None of the data is present.
I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
