New posters are prevented from attaching files or links until they have made a minimum of 5 posts (not including the Coffee Break forum). This is to reduce potential spamming. Once you have made 5 posts, you should be able to attach files.

One word of caution though: please do not attach copyrighted documents. It is permissible to link to such documents on another website, but not to attach them.
