Calibration Vendor for Wave Solder Optimizer/Profiler

I am a calibration tech in an electronics mfg co. and am interested in finding an accredited calibration vendor that can calibrate a wave solder optimizer/profiler....currently we use the Technology Information Corp. "Optimizer". Is there anyone that can do the ISO17025 cal of this or any other profilers?

What does it consist of ?
Sensors and a thermometers...
A controller...
Can you get the sensor and thermometer part of it calibrated like any other to its working range, and then run a simple validation of the wave soldering.

Did you check with the manufacturer as well ?

Since a wave soldering machine isn't a measuring device, what are you trying to have calibrated? Although I have a fair amount of experience of pth soldering on such a machine, I have yet to come across anything which needs calibrating. Perhaps you'd help us to understand what item off this equipment you want checked out.

You do have another option - to use a calibrated device as a comparitor when setting the equipment, but we'd have to know more first.

Calibration Vendor for Wave Solder Optimizer/Profiler

By use Calibrator (convert from Temp. to Current /or Voltage ) simulate into Reflow Profile .
For Wave Solder Optimizer/Profiler use guideline from JDEC -020 And/or supplier recommended(Data sheet).To be optimized KPIV & KPOV by DOE (RSM).
