We have a documented system register called Lotus Notes. Within this, we have sub divisions for each type of documents ie procedures, forms, instructions etc.
Each document has a main "folder" in which each document eg Excel sheet is stored.
I have changed the heading of each "folder's" heading to portray thenew IATF standard. do I now have to change the revision and date as well, although the content of the document, which is an attachment to this folder, still remains the same?
