Hello, I'm also trying to currently convert an existing ISO 9001 manual to API Q1, 9th edition. I reviewed the manual posted on the 1st page but I didn't notice any of the new API 9th edition requirements (i.e. Management of Change, Risk Assessment, etc). If anyone has revised a ISO 9001 manual to the new API Q1 requirements, can you please share how you went about the conversion. My issue is that all my control #'s are based on ISO policy (i.e. XXX.Q4220 - Quality Manual). 4.2.2 is the Quality Manual section of ISO. Just trying to get some ideas.
