AS9100 and AS9120 AATT Course and Test

I am considering taking the AS9100 and AS9120 AATT Tests on the same day. I have a lot of experience with AS9100 but not so much with AS9120. At first glance I don't see a lot of differences between the 2 standard but I want to make sure I don't bite off more than I can chew. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I took both tests when they were just introduced.
I passed both tests.
The failure rate was very high for AS9120.
I would recommend that you do not take them the same day.
