AS9102 Form 3 Inclusions

On form 3 is it required to include characteristics that are on the drawing that are not applicable to the part that is manufactured. Example there are several dash numbers called out on one drawing for multiple parts. Some of the characteristics are applicable to the let's say -1 part but not applicable to the -2. Are the -1 part characteristics for the -1 required on the -2 FAI form 3. If they don't apply I see no reason to included them.

Nope, you don't need to list the characteristics that do not apply to the dash number you're making.
