Automotive Dealer/Service Station Evaluation Standard required!

Dear Covers,

I am interested in a specific(apart from ISO 9001) Quality Management System Evaluation standard for automotive Dealers and Service Station. It would be good to find if any, used by some of the Covers, even if not necessarily an International Standard.

Back in the 90s, Chrysler had a '5 Star' program for their dealers here, in the USA. Someone may have a copy of those requirements they'd share.

Thanks Andy & Umang, Nice piece of information. It seems from the link, the 5 Star is obsolete and now the Dealer/Workshop audit for Chrysler(and for so many others) is conducted by the famous SGS group.
