I’m just curious. As an independent contract auditor, can somebody do audits for more than one agency?
what is the context? Where in the world? Many moons ago, here in the USA, some registrars had an exclusivity clause in their contracts with independent auditors. It didn’t take long and some of these individuals challenged such limitations and invoked restriction of trade concerns. So, nowadays, in the USA, most CB’s have both full time employees and non-exclusive contract auditors.
In other countries exclusivity clauses might be legal.
