Oh, I see. Well, I'm still out there. Just got back from three weeks in Canada with a Safety and Security Culture assessment across the Canadian Nuclear Laboratories. Now back home in South Carolina, and setting up metrics and dashboards for Savannah River National Laboratories. As you can see, I am a bit of a lab rat these days.

Yep. Rather happy with how the Canadian dashboard has turned out (which was the basis for the Blue Ridge webinar). One weakness though is a lack of ownership in the ranks - hard to find an postings of the charts or use at local planning meetings. Since I have a fresh start at Savannah River National Laboratory I have a chance to apply lessons from CNL there.
