Here's another procedure for your consideration. Do you realy need a documented procedure or are you under the impression that you have to have it documented because it is a ISO 9001 requirement?

Thanks for the guidance. I found some more examples in the post attachment area that I can make use of.

The flow chart was done in Visio and merged into a MSWord document for the header & footer features. The docuemnt is published on the Intranet in PDF so employees cannot alter it.
