Filter cleaning procedure for Clean Room Air Handling Unit example wanted

I am in process of developing the filter cleaning procedure. (Air Handling Unit with respect to clean room.)

The purpose of this is to prevent contamination and cross contamination (during product change over)

Inputs from all will help me to make the procedure fast and robust.

Some additional info on type of filters would be required ...

Btw, for quick changeover, the immediate answer that comes to mind is you could have spar cleaned filters and when the old one is removed, you could install the new cleaned one !

The filter sequence is 20, 10, 5 and hepa filter with 0.3 microns.

Cleaning procedure is applicable for Prefilters with 20, 10 and 5 microns (microvee filter).

Apart from filters, grill cleaning at return end is also at our plan.

Thats correct - the 5, 10, and 20 filters could be cleaned while 0.22 micron has to be changed.

Just document your cleaning practise thats adopted !

Is there any reason why we have to clean the prefilters while changing the HEPA filter?

Is there any chance of contamination in prefilters while replacing the HEPA filters.
