Green Wall or Green Room Problem Solving

Someone I know is looking for information about what they term collaborative problem solving. They also termed it green wall or green room. I've done some internet searching, but am finding nothing. Have you heard of this?

Collaborative problem solving was developed as a behavioral management tool for children. So, I am wondering if the person meant creative problem solving.

Anyway, input would be most appreciated!
