Hi.
It depends how accurate you need the calibration to be, which depends on what you are trying to measure and what the tolerances are of the feature.
Easiest solution is a gage stand with gauge block stacks that represent the measuring range of the indicator. More expensive solution is a gage like the PrattandWhitney.com universal supermicrometer (other vendors make similar equipment).
