Not sure, but as a current OASIS user why use IAF's just to look at certs that can already be found on OASIS. Since you already are in
OASIS because of audit Reporting and answering Nonconformities, I just do not see the value.
OASIS only lists the AS91X0 certificates, not ISO ones.

What about a Black Friday special? Did I miss it?

No, but they've added a 14-day free trial of the basic version, renamed the top level from "Premium" to "Enterprise", and hidden the pricing on the top subscription level (now "POA" - "price on application") - presumably so they can charge more for larger organizations. They've also added a cost for additional users.

They appear to have sold less than 250 subscriptions so far, considering that their early bird discount for the first 250 customers is still available.

ANAB has issued Heads Up 542 with a few updates:
- 83.5% of ANAB-accredited CBs are maintaining data in IAF Certsearch as required in IAF MD 28 (16.5% are not)
- "ANAB has received eight exclusion requests from ANAB-accredited CBs." ANAB is still reviewing these requests. It is not stated how these are considered in the above statistic.
- ANAB has issued 9 NCRs to CBs related to IAF Certsearch participation and considers this not a lot.
- "ANAB is verifying the accuracy of IAF CertSearch data by searching and sampling certified clients during office assessments and confirming that the client’s certification data is included in IAF CertSearch during witnesses."

IAF Certsearch has now dropped the early bird discount. They've also reduced the number of companies accessible in each tier, but now allow unlimited certificate access (previously fewer certificate verifications were included than company profiles, which seems weird).

Since the whole goal of this database is monetization for the developers, I am certain they are struggling really bad and will keep attempting at different models of payment.

And it would not surprise me if one of these days, some CB auditors start writing up bogus findings about organizations not verifying validity of suppliers certificates via this database.
