Hi, the company logo we used for our approved documents are different from the company logo we are currently using for business cards, letterheads etc.. is there a requirement in ISO regarding company logos? We will have a surveillance audit this march and revising all approved documents to reflect current logo may not be feasible, can anyone suggest ways on how to resolve this issue?

Yap. it is the name and address of your organization as appearing on your ISO certificate which stands certified. Your company logo does not show up.
However there is a method how the CB logo (certifying body logo) and the standard / your file number has to appear on your document to say that your firm is ISO certified. Ask your CB to share with you the procedure for use of CB logo.

Basically it's just good practice and shows professionalism to be consistant with logos or whatever it might be.

Just go through a process to get them all the same.

Is there a customer satisfaction or product conformity problem or potential problem that could be tied to the logo in use? If not, worry about more important stuff.
